A career change doesn’t always begin with a clear destination. Sometimes you simply know that something needs to change — that your current work no longer fits, or that there’s something more meaningful you want to move towards.
That’s where my Career Wayfinding Framework™ offers a different approach.
Rather than trying to figure everything out before you take the first step, we start with what you know now. We pay attention to what you’re discovering along the way, and gradually develop a clearer sense of direction.
It’s less about following a predetermined career plan and more about learning how to find your way — combining reflection with action, and clarity with curiosity.
