The More Beautiful Work Our Hearts Know Is Possible
The More Beautiful Work is a movement towards a different relationship with work, one where what we do can express who we are, meet real needs and contribute to the world we long to see.
The inspiration came from Charles Eisenstein’s book The More Beautiful World Our Hearts Know Is Possible. It planted a seed in me: the possibility that each of us carries a vision of a more beautiful world, and that our gifts, experiences and what we care about might be essential to creating it.
I began exploring what that could mean for work, and created The More Beautiful Work Our Hearts Know Is Possible, a manifesto for meaningful, regenerative work.
For me, it is about reconnecting with ourselves, each other and the living world, and allowing our work to become an expression of that connection.
Free Your Flow
Free Your Flow is an invitation to listen more deeply — to ourselves, to life and to the intelligence that emerges when we pay attention.
It’s about finding our way through uncertainty with curiosity, intuition and trust; noticing synchronicities and the feedback life gives us, and allowing clarity to emerge through movement rather than needing the whole path mapped out in advance.
My work with people navigating career change is one expression of this through Career Wayfinding: finding a direction, developing an inner compass and taking steps that allow the path to reveal itself.

The Free Your Flow design is a visual expression of this way of seeing.
The Free Your Flow symbol itself originated in the Eye of Horus, a symbol traditionally associated with intuition and inner seeing. Into the eye, I incorporated a wave in the negative space, bringing together intuition and flow: the invitation to listen to our inner knowing and flow with life.
The form of the symbol also echoes Hokusai’s Great Wave, which for me speaks to the fragile yet resilient nature of the human spirit, and our evolving capacity to meet the forces of life with another kind of intelligence: intuitive intelligence.
For the T-shirt, I brought many of these symbols together in the shape of a heart.
Each symbol represents an individual. Together, they form something larger: a coming together in unity, using our individual gifts and capacities for our collective good and well-being.
